This policy governs personal brand consulting, retainers, speaking engagements, MCG's Workplace Audit, and other related purchases booked or bought directly with Mashman Consulting Group. The Rapid 25 and Unrivaled 50 Brand Audits are free and involve no payment.

All consulting and retainer fees are due upon booking and cover the consultant's time, preparation, and the support window included with that engagement.
Speaking fees are an exception and require at least a 50% deposit of the entire fee at the time of scheduling. International engagements require 75%.
Once a consultation or event has been scheduled it is no longer eligible for a refund. This accounts for any preparation, changes, and commitments Mashman Consulting Group LLC may have made to serve the client in advance.
MCG's Workplace Audit fees are due on booking. Engagements are scoped to the number of participants and priced on request. Once a Workplace Audit engagement has been scheduled, including once its participant link has been issued, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling is available with reasonable notice. Reasonable notice is defined as 2 days for a virtual consultation or a Workplace Audit leadership conversation, 45 days for in person consultations, and 90 days for in person speaking engagements. MCG does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any engagement, consistent with the firm's stated position that no ethical consultant makes promises they cannot keep. Refunds are not issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with results as the business model heavily relies on proprietary information, strategies, and technologies.
Retainers, multi-phase Workplace Audits, and cancellations adhere to the written contract between MCG and the client.
