Undeveloped Land, Toward Commercial Real Estate

Mashman Properties buys raw acreage and holds it against a long-term mandate that points toward commercial real estate, not residential. The firm's first acquisition, two small parcels of vacant land in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, bought together in 2022, follows the same logic: land with no structure on it, bought to be held.
