Mashman Consulting Group Launches ericchowreal.com, the Home of COO Eric Chow
The operator behind the firm’s vision, Eric Chow, gets a public home for his role, his method, and seven years of work beside founder Isaac Mashman.

UNION CITY, Calif., Oct. 8, 2026: Mashman Consulting Group today launched ericchowreal.com (opens in a new tab), the personal site of Eric Chow, the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. It is the first public home for the work Eric has done beside founder Isaac Mashman since 2019, most of it behind the scenes.
I brought him into MCG to help grow the company from a technical and nuanced standpoint as our synergies align very well. I am more likely to immediately pull the trigger, whereas he is slower and more calculated.

Why Now
Isaac Mashman is the visionary and the face of Mashman Consulting Group. Eric Chow works behind the scenes, and in the room for the firm’s executive appearances. That division has held since the two met in August 2019, when Eric, then a new podcaster, answered Isaac’s call for a podcast tour and interviewed him on episode 5 of his show. Until today, almost none of it had a page of its own.
Eric is credited with helping found Identity Positioning™, the firm’s proprietary methodology: years of conversations between the two shaped the philosophy itself, not only the book that documents it. He edited the Second Edition of Personal Branding: A Manifesto on Fame and Influence and wrote its foreword.
Years later, Isaac and I found ourselves working together, consulting clients and developing our philosophy and tools on personal branding.
