This policy governs consulting and speaking engagements booked directly with Mashman Consulting Group.

Consulting and speaking fees are due upon booking and cover the consultant's time, preparation, and the support window included with that engagement.
Once a consultation has been delivered, recorded, or a strategy document has been provided, the engagement is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling is available with reasonable notice; contact the assigned consultant or contact@mashmancg.com directly.
MCG does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any engagement, consistent with the firm's stated position that no ethical consultant makes promises they cannot keep. Refunds are not issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with results.
Exceptions are considered case by case and require written request to contact@mashmancg.com.
