Isaac Mashman is an American businessman, coffee addict, investor, podcast host, and speaker. He founded Mashman Consulting Group as the next evolution of his now-dissolved public relations firm, Mashman Ventures. He saw a gap in the market and an opportunity to corner personal brand consulting and individual reputation management. There was no shortage of people working with businesses, but what about the people behind them? Isaac Mashman is the creator of Identity Positioning which is his philosophy and strategy on personal branding. It merges the personal identity of the individual with their professional career, in such a way that crafts public authority, demonstrates competence, and develops a faithful following.

Having built his personal brand from the ground up. Going from having no search results on Google in 2017, he now dominates all SERPs, has tens of thousands of followers across all social media platforms, has spoken at events, and is continuing to grow with each passing day.

He previously hosted the business and self-development-centered podcast, Chase the Vision with Isaac Mashman (launched in June 2019) which he ended in June of 2022. He is currently working on a new show that will incorporate entertainment and showcase more of his personality.
 

Isaac Mashman published his first book "Personal Branding: A Manifesto on Fame and Influence" on November 1st, 2021 which became the #1 New Release and Top 10 Best Seller in Public Relations on Amazon. A second edition release is expected in Fall 2024.
